You own regional performance, strategy, and talent—ensuring consistent, high-impact execution across all territories. You develop Account Executives and Sales Coordinators, building leadership capability and driving results through your team. You translate brand strategy into clear direction, prioritize resources, and make decisions that maximize regional impact.
