Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries about Dyson products, ensuring they have the information and support they need.
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of product changes and industry trends.
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Strong commitment to customer service excellence and brand representation.
Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively from home, maintaining organization and productivity.
