Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Assist customers with inquiries about Disney + services, assisting with account management and troubleshooting queries.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product features and improvements.
Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
A passion for customer service and the entertainment industry.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively from home, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
