Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a .NET WPF Software Engineer. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using .NET and WPF, ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and participate in code reviews. Daily work includes implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing defects, and integrating with back-end services and APIs. You will also contribute to improving development practices, documentation, and tooling, while working in short, iterative delivery cycles with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Solid understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, data access layers, and integration with distributed systems. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying design patterns in real-world projects. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
