.NET Full-stack Developer for Baltic Product Squad Apply About the role We’re looking for a .NET Developer to join our team as we continue our technical transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coding, values alignment with architectural decisions, and is committed to delivering according to a roadmap. You should be motivated by creating real business value through your work. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building a new core sales system for the Baltics. The team includes a Product Owner, three developers, two QA specialists, a dedicated system analyst, and an architect. This is a great opportunity to help design and develop a brand-new microservice-based sales platform using modern technologies and best practices. What are you going to do? Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within the squad’s scope Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows Engage in code reviews and technical discussions, aiming for clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions What do we expect from you?
