We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised NDIS Admin & Billing Support Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in NDIS participant support , billing and claims , and administrative assistance , particularly within the disability services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative processes related to NDIS participants, supporting claims and billing functions, and overseeing timesheet approvals using Employment Hero . Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for NDIS participants, including data management and documentation Assist with preparing and submitting NDIS claims and managing billing processes Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and funding requirements Liaise with internal teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders regarding participant needs and service delivery Review and approve employee timesheets using Employment Hero Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a similar administrative or billing support role, ideally within the NDIS or healthcare sector Understanding of NDIS funding models, claims, and participant support processes Familiarity with Employment Hero or other workforce management systems is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other cloud-based admin tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment What We Offer Competitive salary Day shift schedule (Monday to Friday) Fully remote work arrangement Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organisation making a difference in peoples lives Apply now and become part of a team committed to quality service and support for NDIS participants.
