Weโre looking for someone who already has experience working in an office-based environment , and is confident communicating with customers via telephone and email . Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable , but not essential โ full training will be provided. Your Role As a Motor Claims Handler within our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, youโll be the first point of contact for customers following a motorcycle incident. Youโll guide them through the claims process from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a smooth and professional experience.
