We’re expanding our Business Development team to help drive growth across the U.S. We’re looking for a driven BDR's to join our growing team. As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in driving company growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across the U.S. What You’ll Do Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, to create new business opportunities. Qualify and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. Reconnect with past or inactive leads to rebuild and strengthen relationships. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Maintain clean and accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline visibility. Share insights, best practices, and support onboarding of new team members. What We’re Looking For Native-level English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and time management skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated — you thrive on challenges. Minimum of 2 years in sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles preferred (experience in MSP/tech industry a plus). Comfortable using CRM systems and outbound sales tools. Your Success Metrics Consistent daily outreach across multiple channels (Email, calls) 5-7 qualified appointments per week with potential clients. Accurate, timely CRM updates. Consistent achievement (and exceeding) of KPIs while maintaining quality interactions.
