Your Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

Loan Processor

• Manage end-to-end loan applications, from lodgement to settlement
• Structure loans using CRMs such as Broker Engine, Flex, Mercury, MyCRM, Infinity
• Verify and review financial documents; conduct credit checks (CCR, CashDeck, Open Banking)
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, underwriters, and aggregators to meet requirements
• Order valuations, prepare, and submit applications via ApplyOnline
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines
• Provide excellent client service and maintain clear, timely communication

Credit Analyst

• Assess borrower financials, credit reports, liabilities, and supporting documentation
• Perform risk assessments and serviceability calculations in line with lender policies
• Analyse complex financial scenarios and recommend suitable loan structures
• Prepare lender submissions, credit summaries, and ensure compliance accuracy
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth application processing
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of assessments and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Australian mortgage broking, loan processing or credit analysis
• Strong understanding of Australian lending regulations & processes
• Proficiency with systems like MyCRM, Quickli, ApplyOnline, PropertyHub, Mercury, and others
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Positive attitude and passion for continuous learning

Technical Requirements

• Own laptop/desktop, webcam, USB noise-cancelling headset
• Computer: 1.5 GHz+ processor & 8GB+ RAM
• Reliable internet: 50 Mbps main + 25 Mbps backup
• Dual monitor setup
