Role Overview This role partners closely with leadership and product teams to drive monetization as a core lever of product growth . The focus is on strategic advisory, high-impact decision support, and capability building — helping shape how monetization is approached, executed, and scaled across our products. You will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and influence , contributing directly to product and business decisions. 3. Expected Impact Identify and unlock high-impact monetization opportunities early in the engagement Improve core revenue metrics (ARPDAU, LTV, conversion) through structured experimentation Establish scalable monetization frameworks and best practices Upskill internal teams to operate more independently and effectively 5. Key Responsibilities Shape and lead monetization strategy across mobile games (Ads, IAP, hybrid models) Identify and prioritize high-impact revenue opportunities through data and product insights Advise on monetization design, including user flows, placements, pricing, and game economy Guide the optimization of core metrics (LTV, ARPDAU, retention, conversion) through structured experimentation Establish scalable monetization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices Mentor and elevate internal teams (Product, UA, Data) toward stronger monetization thinking Support critical product phases (soft launch, global launch, scaling) with strategic input Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and monetization decisions Requirements 6. Requirements Must Have Proven experience in mobile game monetization at scale, working with live games that have meaningful DAU Strong track record of improving key monetization metrics such as ARPDAU, LTV, ad revenue, and payer conversion Deep hands-on experience with ad monetization systems including AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, mediation setups, waterfall optimization, and in-app bidding Strong product thinking with the ability to connect player behavior, economy design, and revenue performance Experience analyzing cohort performance, retention metrics, and LTV to drive monetization decisions Ability to work both strategically and hands-on, including monetization setup, testing, and optimization Proven experience working on casual or puzzle mobile games Based in Vietnam Nice to Have Experience working with global mobile game markets, especially Tier 1 and Tier 2 regions Strong understanding of player behavior, monetization psychology, and mobile game market trends Experience building monetization frameworks, processes, or mentoring internal monetization teams Benefits 7.
