Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Remote Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CRM customization, integrations, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . Implement plugins, workflows, custom actions, and business process flows. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware. Customize forms, views, dashboards, entities, and security models. Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure code quality through best practices, documentation, and code reviews. Provide production support and troubleshoot issues when required. Required Skills: 8–12 years of overall experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development. Expertise in: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations Data migration and data management Experience working with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) is a plus. Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security roles, and solution management. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
