Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve business processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop Plugins, Custom Actions, Workflows, Business Rules, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Build and customize Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes and system integrations.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Implement business logic, data integrations, and workflow automation solutions.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Work within Agile development methodologies and leverage Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Expertise in developing Plugins, Custom Actions, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and custom connectors.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform Certifications.
• Experience with Azure Services and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of Custom Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data modeling, solution architecture, and integration patterns.
