We are seeking a skilled MERN Developer to join our remote team and contribute to innovative projects that drive business success. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Proven experience with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of asynchronous programming. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Heroku). Knowledge of frontend build tools and testing frameworks.
