What We’re Hiring For: We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Development Consultant to manage strategic M&A initiatives. You also have to be a self-starter who enjoys uncertainty and explores opportunities autonomously in a goal-driven environment. You will lead deals with brokers and industry intermediaries, conduct deal screens and valuation models, and usher transactions through diligence and integration. In addition, this position will lead a team to gather information for industry analyses and handle all initial calling effort to potential target companies. What You’ll Do: Lead M&A and investment strategy of target companies Analyze strategic markets and provide intelligence to key internal stakeholders Identify, screen and value M&A and investment opportunities Assist execution of all aspects of M&A process including valuation, term sheet preparation, LOI, due diligence, negotiations Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute M&A deals Drive internal decision making processes Lead transition from deal execution to integration Work directly with inDinero's CFO and COO in confirming M&A target's operational and financial viability. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree; MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in Business / Corporate Development / M&A / Investment banking in preferably in the professional services sector, technology or outsourcing Passionate about using technology to enable process and optimization Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and/or long-term projects Facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams Lower middle market private equity experience a plus Excellent presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas across various audiences Savvy in financial modeling, data analysis and problem solving Strong in business acumen and structured thinking This is a PART TIME contract/hourly role - estimated 10-20 hours/week.
