MEP Cost Manager
Our client is a fast growing project management and cost consultancy with live projects across the country. Due to the commencement of three new data centre projects they are looking to hire a MEP Cost Manager to lead the project and manage the main contractor appointed to deliver it. This role is remote with site visits three or four times a month

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
- Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluating and approving payments to contractors and suppliers.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in DC preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
