About the Role As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play an important role in supporting both brands. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. You will need to be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and able to work on your own initiative to support our customers who have obtained a Parking Charge Notice alongside other documentation requests. This role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to our Old Street (London) office.
