As a Medical Specialist, you will apply your clinical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform in the healthcare industry. Your work will involve providing high-quality, real-world input to improve the accuracy and efficacy of AI models, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies. This role is unique in that it allows you to leverage your medical knowledge and expertise to drive innovation in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: • Apply advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across a variety of medical scenarios to inform the development of AI models. • Contribute to the design and evaluation of conversational agent workflows, ensuring medical accuracy and efficacy in patient-centric care pathways. • Interpret diagnostic data and integrate findings into robust, patient-centric care pathways to improve health outcomes. • Develop comprehensive health assessments and treatment plans that reflect the latest medical knowledge and research. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI models are trained on high-quality, real-world data that reflects the complexities of medical practice. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Possess advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care management. • Have a strong understanding of pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, health assessment, nutrition and dietetics, immunology, anatomy and physiology, and medical genetics. • Be able to apply medical knowledge and expertise to inform the development of AI models and improve their performance in real-world scenarios. • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data and integrate findings into care pathways. • Be able to communicate complex medical concepts and ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
