About the Role

We are seeking Medical Research Evaluators (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, analyze, and reason about medical studies, clinical evidence, healthcare research methodologies, and scientific findings.

In this role, you will leverage your research expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, assess scientific accuracy, develop expert reference responses, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the reliability, analytical rigor, and evidence-based reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses related to medical research and scientific literature
• Assess research findings, study interpretations, and evidence-based recommendations for accuracy and validity
• Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with current scientific evidence and best practices
• Grade AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics
• Identify methodological flaws, statistical errors, unsupported conclusions, bias, and misinterpretation of evidence
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and quality review activities
• Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to enhance model capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, PhD, MD, MBBS, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent qualification in Medicine, Public Health, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field
• Experience conducting, reviewing, or supporting medical and healthcare research
• Strong understanding of scientific methods, evidence appraisal, and healthcare research principles
• Knowledge of evidence-based medicine, systematic reviews, and healthcare research frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills
• Prior experience in peer review, quality assurance, content evaluation, or AI assessment projects is a plus
• Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation
