Requirements:
Prior Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
Prior Experience with Handle Calls
Prior Experience with Schedule appointments
Prior Experience with Prior Authorizations
Prior Experience with Eligibility verifications
Prior Experience with Medical Billing
Prior Experience with Claims, Denials, AR, Follow Ups
Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
