ALL IN ONE is looking for an experienced Mass Market Floral Sales Representative with a proven track record and an active book of clients in the supermarket, wholesale, or mass retail sectors. This is a remote role for a self-starter who can begin generating sales immediately by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business across the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Immediately activate and grow sales through your existing client network. Open new accounts in the supermarket or retail stores . Develop and implement custom floral programs (or related product categories) tailored to client needs. Maintain close communication with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and product quality. Negotiate pricing, promotions, and program terms directly with buyers. Monitor sales performance and client satisfaction; adjust strategy as needed. Report regularly to leadership on pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Flowers mass market sales. Active book of clients in the U.S. supermarket (must-have). Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and remotely.
