About the Role Health Supply 770 is looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead the expansion and management of our online marketplace presence across major U.S. retail and eCommerce platforms including Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, and similar channels. This role is responsible for launching, managing, and scaling marketplace operations while driving revenue growth, product visibility, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Open, set up, and manage marketplace seller accounts including eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot Marketplace, Target Plus, and other U.S. platforms • Handle marketplace onboarding, verification, compliance, and operational workflows • Create, upload, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images • Monitor marketplace performance, sales metrics, and profitability • Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace sales and visibility • Manage inventory synchronization and marketplace integrations • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams • Maintain strong account health and resolve marketplace issues or policy violations • Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and marketplace opportunities • Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and best practices Requirements • Proven experience managing U.S. eCommerce marketplace accounts • Hands-on experience opening and scaling eBay seller accounts • Strong understanding of Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, Home Depot Marketplace, Amazon, and similar platforms • Experience with listing optimization and catalog management • Familiarity with inventory management systems and marketplace tools • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously • Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or consumer products is a plus Preferred Qualifications • Experience launching new marketplace channels from scratch • Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools • Understanding of U.S. fulfillment and eCommerce operations What We Offer • Remote work flexibility • Opportunity to help scale a growing U.S. healthcare supply company • Fast-paced and collaborative environment Long-term growth opportunities
