Programme Overview:
Tiggie is offering a flexible, remote-first Marketing Internship Programme designed to provide students with hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications, creative execution, analytics, and startup operations within a global child development platform.
The programme is designed to expose students to real-world marketing workflows while allowing them to contribute to meaningful initiatives focused on parenting, early childhood development, education, and community-building.
Interns will support the overall marketing initiatives of Tiggie while also developing specialized skills based on their assigned internship track.
Two Internship Tracks:
- Marketing Intern
- Creatives Intern
Key Responsibilities:
A. Marketing Intern
- Marketing Communications Interns will support Tiggie’s communications, thought leadership, outreach, content development, and research initiatives. Interns will work directly under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer and assist in various communication-related projects across the organization.
A.1 General Marketing Support
- Assist during webinars and marketing activations
- Help coordinate campaign logistics
- Support community and partnership initiatives
- Assist in operational and administrative marketing tasks
A.2 Specialized Responsibilities
- Assist in interview coordination
- Draft blog articles and written content
- Support communication initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in newsletter creation
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Draft captions and social media copy
- Research parenting, education, and child development topics
- Assist in outreach and partnership communications
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation
- Support social media analytics and insight gathering
B. Creatives Intern
- Creatives Interns will support the visual and creative needs of Tiggie across digital, print, social media, presentations, and campaign materials. Interns will work closely with the Social Media Lead in executing creative requirements aligned with Tiggie’s branding and marketing direction.
B.1 General Marketing Support
- Assist during marketing activations and webinars
- Help prepare visual materials for campaigns and events
- Support overall campaign execution needs
B.2 Specialized Responsibilities
- Create social media graphics
- Design digital campaign assets
- Resize and adapt content across platforms
- Prepare presentation decks
- Assist with print-ready collateral
- Organize visual asset libraries
- Support branding consistency across campaigns
- Assist in visual trend and competitor analysis

Duration
- Flexible depending on school requirements
