About Our Client Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency serving accounting firms and financial professionals across the United States. They specialize in building polished, results-driven marketing systems for a high-end client base and operate with a lean, collaborative, high-performance team. About the Role We are hiring a Marketing Technology Administrator to manage and optimize the technical side of client marketing systems, including CRMs, automation workflows, email infrastructure, landing pages, and integrations. This is a hands-on role combining both new client builds and ongoing system management. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with internal marketing and strategy teams. HubSpot expertise is the top priority for this role. Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred, though the company has extensive internal GHL knowledge and can provide training. Zapier experience is required. Responsibilities Build and configure CRM systems, workflows, automations, and email sequences Set up landing pages, lead capture systems, and integrations Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing client systems Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data hygiene Document processes and system configurations Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client-facing calls as needed Manage approximately 3–5 active builds and 10–15 maintenance-mode clients Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM administration, or similar roles Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and automation tools Working experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Zapier experience is non-negotiable Understanding of email marketing and deliverability best practices Experience building landing pages and lead funnels Excellent English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or other major CRM platforms Familiarity with Make.com or other automation platforms Experience with ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, beehiiv, or similar email marketing platforms Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts Experience working with professional services clients such as accounting, legal, or financial firms Offer Details Full-Time Independent Contractor Remote — South America strongly preferred Working Hours: 9-5 EST Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month Hiring Steps Initial Zabota Screening Client Interview Practical Task or Second Stage Interview Offer
