We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Recruiter who brings hands-on marketing knowledge to the table to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of marketing roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in building our marketing team and driving our company's success. What You'll Do: Manage the entire recruitment process for marketing positions, from understanding hiring needs and crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the offer process, and supporting onboarding. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-notch marketing professionals, utilizing a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), professional networks, industry events, niche marketing communities, and university partnerships. Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future marketing openings, anticipating hiring needs and staying ahead of the curve. Screen and evaluate candidates based on their marketing skills, experience, portfolio (where applicable), cultural fit, and overall suitability for each role. Your marketing background will enable you to effectively assess candidates' expertise. Conduct various interview stages, including initial screening calls, in-depth interviews (potentially involving marketing case studies or portfolio reviews), and behavioral interviews to assess soft skills and cultural alignment. You'll be able to ask insightful questions based on your understanding of marketing principles. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing regular updates on the recruitment process, market trends, and candidate feedback. Your marketing experience will allow you to speak their language and understand their needs. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and offer letter generation. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices in marketing recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts. Your passion for marketing will keep you on the cutting edge. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand. What You'll Bring: Demonstrable success in full-cycle marketing recruitment, with a proven track record of placing top-tier talent in various marketing disciplines, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, brand management, product marketing, and marketing analytics. Ideally, this experience will be combined with some hands-on marketing experience. Deep understanding of various marketing roles, skills, and specializations, including digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and marketing analytics platforms. This understanding should be informed by your own experience in the field. Mastery of sourcing techniques and experience using a wide range of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized marketing recruitment platforms. Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate marketing portfolios, assess strategic thinking, and identify cultural fit. Your marketing background will give you a distinct advantage in this area. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. A background in marketing is highly advantageous. Compensation: PKR 90,000 - PKR 100,000 per month.
