Marketing Manager - Observe Medical Build global visibility and commercial impact at a Nordic Medtech Scale-up. Haeger & Carlsson is recruiting a Marketing Manager for Observe Medical, a Nordic medtech company experiencing significant growth. This is a hands-on, operational position for an experienced and committed marketer who wants to be involved in both product development and commercial execution. Observe Medical develops and commercializes innovative medical technologies and, with a growing global distributor network, is building a scalable and profitable Nordic medtech platform. The core focus of this role is to create marketing materials and campaigns that strengthen the company’s global distributor network, elevate its brand profile, and drive commercial performance. Close collaboration with sales, leadership, and product development teams is vital, with responsibilities including the creation of impactful materials and communications that empower distributors and partners to succeed. You will also be responsible for delivering training and presentations to international partners. You will be joining a Nordic organization with headquarters in Oslo and operations in Gothenburg and Copenhagen, supported by a global distributor network. Ideally, candidates should be located close to the sites of operation in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway, but candidates from other locations will also be considered. About Observe Medical Observe Medical is a Nordic medtech company with global ambitions. Its proprietary portfolio includes Sippi®, a CE-marked digital urine output measurement system, and the UnoMeter™ range for urine output and intra-abdominal pressure measurement. The company aims to build a scalable Nordic medtech platform through strong commercialization, innovation, regulatory excellence, and efficient manufacturing. Key Responsibilities o Together with the leadership team, develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and growth goals. o Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns and high-quality marketing material that support global sales and the distributor network. o Work closely with sales to ensure distributors are well-equipped with relevant marketing and product communication tools. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including distributors and partners. o Deliver trainings and presentations to distributors and other stakeholders. o Collaborate with product development and leadership to ensure products meet customer, clinical, and market needs. o Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and marketing performance to identify opportunities and needs. Qualifications o Proven experience from a marketing role within medtech, life science, or related industries. o Academic degree or equivalent professional experience. o Experience working with clinical product detailing and value-based communication. o Experience working with or supporting distributor-driven sales models is highly beneficial. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value to diverse stakeholders. o Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style. o Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. o Thrive in a fast-paced, growing scale-up environment. o Fluency in English, both spoken and written; fluency in a Nordic language is considered a strong advantage. o Clinical background and practical experience at a clinical level within ICUs is considered a strong advantage.
