To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do Primary Purpose You will work as a core member of the Member Marketing team, responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns and member communications that drive engagement and retention across the member lifecycle. You will scope, design and deliver data-driven marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners, translating member insights into clear, compelling communications. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Member Marketing, you will own the delivery of marketing programs while helping to support the team’s broader strategic priorities. You will work with pace and precision, balancing multiple projects and constantly delivering member-focused outcomes. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Design and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns and communications that drive member engagement and retention across the lifecycle. Scope data-driven member interactions and marketing programs, using agile methodology to test, learn and iterate at pace. Translate member insights and strategic priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans and creative briefs. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that align to brand standards and member experience objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Rest to ensure marketing activity is coordinated, compliant and supports wider business priorities. Work closely with your leaders to execute the team’s strategic agenda while maintaining operational excellence Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and some marketing or CX experience. Required experience, understanding or credentials including: You will have recent marketing or customer experience. You are comfortable with agile delivery, can scope and execute marketing programs independently, and work well with cross-functional stakeholders. You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines, and a collaborative mindset.
