We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for bringing marketing strategies to life, driving audience growth, and optimising campaign performance across multiple channels. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING... You'll take ownership of planning and delivering marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of campaigns, helping to drive audience growth, strengthen brand awareness, and generate high-quality commercial opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to marketing strategy, audience targeting, and campaign planning, ensuring activity is aligned with wider business objectives and delivers measurable results. A key part of the role will involve managing integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, paid media, content, partnerships, and social platforms. You'll be responsible for coordinating campaign activity from concept through to execution, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, increase engagement, and maximise return on investment. You'll also play an important role in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, industry contacts, and relevant stakeholders to expand market reach and support campaign success. Using data and insights to inform decision-making, you'll regularly review performance, identify trends and opportunities, and work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to continually refine and improve campaign outcomes. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE... 5 + years of experience owning email campaigns, paid media, partnerships, and content. Experience across lead generation / B2B environments / Event Marketing is highly regarded A solid blend of an analytical mindset and creative eye Experience collaborating within a large, fast-paced team Ability to write great copy Full working rights in Australia (this role can't offer sponsorship) Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Excellent communication skills TO BE CONSIDERED...
