Responsibilities Oversee paid media performance across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing performance across email and SMS Lead forecasting, revenue planning, and performance analysis across all marketing initiatives Own and monitor core business metrics including: ROAS MER CAC Conversion Rate Retention metrics Traffic efficiency Build and maintain structured weekly optimization processes across channels Analyze customer journey and traffic flow to improve conversion and retention performance Oversee deployment of product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaigns Introduce and manage structured A/B testing initiatives across: Offers Landing pages Creative Messaging Bundling strategies Provide QA oversight on creative, copy, messaging, and overall brand alignment Manage marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and external partners Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, operations, and leadership teams Oversee secondary channels such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, affiliate programs, and influencer initiatives at a strategic level Ensure marketing operations remain highly organized, data-driven, and scalable Qualifications Proven experience scaling 7–8 figure DTC ecommerce brands Strong forecasting and performance analytics background Deep understanding of DTC growth dynamics: Traffic acquisition Conversion optimization Retention Customer lifecycle Experience owning performance metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin Strong operational and analytical mindset Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and external vendors Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems (Meta + Google) Experience overseeing email/SMS lifecycle marketing Strong knowledge of structured testing and optimization frameworks Ability to balance analytical decision-making with marketing intuition and brand alignment Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong communication and leadership skills Nice to Have Experience in apparel, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle DTC brands Agency growth strategist background Experience with Amazon or TikTok Shop ecosystems Experience scaling subscription or retention-heavy ecommerce businesses Strong familiarity with attribution models and ecommerce analytics platforms AI workflow familiarity for creative testing, reporting, or operational efficiency Ideal Candidate Profile Extremely KPI and metrics driven Loves optimization, experimentation, and testing Highly analytical and operationally organized Strong ownership mentality Comfortable making decisions based on data Understands how to scale DTC brands without losing operational efficiency Can think strategically while staying execution-focused
