$65,000-80,000 (depending on experience), additional incentives tied to KPIs

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager role has been the core of RIBUS's marketing function since the company's early days — and the person most recently in this seat is stepping into our new Director of Revenue role. We're looking for the right person to take ownership of the marketing function she's leaving behind.

This is not a new role. The channels are established, the brand is real, the trade show relationships exist, and the commercial team is counting on marketing to keep filling the sales funnel. You'll step into a function that works and make it better — operating with full ownership of tactical execution while reporting directly to our Director of Revenue for strategic direction and approvals.

ABOUT RIBUS

RIBUS is a 33-year old, family-operated company, based in Sparks, Nevada, that sells to companies around the world. We bridge the gap between industry needs and consumer desire, offering patented, clean label products that add integrity and solve problems. OBJECTIVES (What you’ll own)

• All digital marketing execution — social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO basics, and digital advertising
• Trade show coordination — from registration and logistics to on-site execution at 3–5 industry events per year
• Content and brand — blog posts, sell sheets, product one-pagers, PR submissions, and thought leadership support for our Director of Revenue
• Sales enablement — collateral, presentations, and the assets our sales team needs to do their best work
• Monthly marketing reporting — performance data across all channels, delivered to the Director of Revenue
• The marketing playbook — documenting processes and building the infrastructure for the team we're growing into

COMPETENCIES (How the work needs to be done)

• The ability to gain and measure awareness of RIBUS’ portfolio of products that solve problems.
• Clear and concise communication on all levels – verbal and written.
• Keen sense of ownership and personal accountability for all facets of RIBUS’ marketing and communication.
• Curious in nature and willing to bring solutions and suggestions to the team.
• Interested in or have already adopted the use of AI into your own life.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, specialty chemicals, or a related industry — you understand how technical ingredient buyers think
• A true generalist — you've run social, managed a website, coordinated a trade show, built an email campaign, and pulled analytics. All in the same job.
• A strong writer who can make technical products interesting without dumbing them down
• Comfortable with: WordPress, Dynamics or equivalent, Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office
• Trade show experience — you've worked the floor, managed the booth, and followed up on leads
• Self-directed and organized — you don't need someone to tell you what to post this week; you build the calendar, execute it, and report back
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
• Additional incentives based on KPIs and goals

• Remote-first; travel required 3–5 times per year for trade shows and events

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working.
• This position will have occasional overnight travel – exact amount TBD.
