Your Role as Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you will own day-to-day growth marketing execution and marketing operations at CatsOnly. You’ll lead Cat Parent acquisition across paid, owned, and earned channels; build and run integrated campaigns; own HubSpot and the CRM operating system; and translate CMO/CXO-set brand strategy into the campaigns, channels, and infrastructure that drive bookings and grow our hospital network.
This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, executes with urgency, and thrives in a high-autonomy environment where the work is meaningful and the bar is high. You’ll partner closely with the CMO/CXO and the Community Partnerships and Social Engagement Manager, and play a central role in shaping what species-first marketing looks like across veterinary medicine.
What You’ll Do
• Lead Cat Parent acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, direct mail, email, and the CatsOnly website. Set targets, track performance, and iterate based on what the data says.
• Run integrated campaigns supporting hospital openings, seasonal activations, retention, and partner-driven growth. Own the timeline, the coordination, and the delivery.
• Own HubSpot end to end including list architecture, segmentation, automated workflows, attribution, and reporting. Coordinate Digitail booking URL tracking and source tagging across channels.
• Write and produce campaign copy, Cat Parent education materials, hospital launch collateral, and email content that reflect the CatsOnly voice.
• Track partner referrals through Digitail and HubSpot, giving the Community Partnerships and Social Engagement Manager and CMO/CXO clear visibility into what is working.
• Manage the website as a marketing and conversion asset, coordinating updates, content refreshes, and SEO improvements.
• Translate the PEACE Method™ and CatsOnly Care Journey™ into accessible, accurate, and resonant language for Cat Parents.
• Manage external creative vendors, freelancers, photographers, and printers; execute against the approved marketing budget.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, veterinary services, pet care, consumer brands, or multi-location service businesses
• Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, and paid channels
• Hands-on experience with content development, email marketing, SEO, and paid digital media
• Comfortable in HubSpot or a similar marketing CRM, including list segmentation, automated workflows, and reporting
• Proven ability to manage external creative and digital partners, budgets, and project timelines
• Experience in a startup or growth-stage organization strongly preferred; comfortable building infrastructure while delivering results simultaneously
• Experience supporting brand launches, new location openings, or growth-stage marketing preferred
• Background in or adjacent to customer experience, journey design, or service design strongly preferred
• Thrives in a high-autonomy doer role, taking initiative without waiting for direction and energized by creating systems and playbooks that do not yet exist
• Valid driver’s license required

What We Offer
• Competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience
