The Opportunity We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive strategy and execution for a leading biotech consulting firm. You’ll oversee branding, content, SEO, social media, and web projects—guiding a creative marketing team to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Do Brand & Messaging Leadership Shape compelling brand stories and ensure messaging aligns with business values and target audiences. Elevate the brand’s voice across all marketing channels. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels: SEO, social, web, email, and more. Oversee campaign planning, content calendars, and integrated marketing initiatives. Content Creation & Oversight Guide the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, web copy, case studies, and social media. Ensure all content supports brand goals and SEO objectives. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team. Run daily standups and regular feedback sessions to drive team performance and collaboration. Quality Control Maintain high standards for all marketing outputs—reviewing, editing, and optimizing deliverables. Ensure consistent quality across campaigns and assets. Market Research & Insights Analyze industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to inform strategy. Share insights and recommendations to drive ongoing improvement. Reporting & Outcome Delivery Own campaign results—track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure marketing efforts meet business goals and client expectations. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the main marketing point of contact for clients. Manage project timelines, gather feedback, and communicate updates. What You Bring 3–4 years’ hands-on experience in marketing (branding, content, SEO, social media, and digital). At least 2 years in a marketing leadership or management role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English. Strong project management and organizational skills. Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media best practices. Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.). Comfortable working remotely and leading a distributed team. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. Why Join AirBase?
