Oversee branding, content, SEO, social media, and web projects while guiding a talented team. Bring your creativity, eye for quality, and proven results in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Narrative & Brand Leadership Help the team craft compelling brand narratives and marketing stories for clients and AirBase. Ensure messaging is aligned with brand values and resonates with target audiences. Quality Assurance Put a quality control process on all marketing outputs—content, designs, campaigns, and assets. Review, edit, and optimize deliverables to maintain high standards. Project Management Plan and manage the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring clarity and accountability. Create detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage deadlines. Track progress in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or similar). Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team. Facilitate daily standups and regular feedback sessions to ensure team cohesion. Drive team performance and foster a positive, creative, and collaborative work culture. Content Creation & Strategy Develop original content pieces, including blog articles, social media posts, case studies, and website copy. Guide the content strategy, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand goals. Research & Insights Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform campaigns. Share findings and recommendations to shape marketing strategies. Outcome Delivery Own the results: ensure all projects and campaigns deliver on client expectations and business goals. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness. Client Coordination Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for clients—coordinate project timelines, gather feedback, and communicate updates. Build strong client relationships and represent AirBase’s values and expertise. Cross-Channel Marketing Oversee strategy and execution across channels: SEO, social media, web, email, and more. Collaborate with designers, developers, and external partners as needed. Required Skills & Experience 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience across branding, content, SEO, social media, and web. 2+ years in project management or leading marketing teams. Proven ability to create high-quality content and shape brand narratives. Strong project management skills—organized, proactive, and deadline-driven. Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media best practices. Excellent written and spoken English; able to craft and edit compelling copy. Experience working with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello). Comfortable in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
