Your Impact: Key Responsibilities The Marketing Lead supports the planning and execution of growth and engagement initiatives across SAVii’s partner network and employee base. The role contributes to campaigns and efforts that drive awareness, activation, and sustained engagement — from new partner launches to retention of mature accounts. Working closely with the Growth Marketing team, this role helps deliver well-executed, data-informed marketing that strengthens partner relationships, enhances employee engagement, and drives business results. Enterprise Marketing Lead Strategic Enterprise Growth & GTM Leadership Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for enterprise products, particularly payroll and salary lending solutions. Drive enterprise customer acquisition by identifying high-impact use cases, priority industries, and strategic market entry opportunities. Define and refine customer value propositions (CVPs) tailored to enterprise partners and decision-makers. Market Intelligence & Performance Ownership Conduct deep analysis of target markets, enterprise customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Define success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to track adoption, usage, and overall business impact. Perform usage analysis, customer insights generation, and campaign post-mortems to inform future strategies. Cross-functional Leadership Lead and align cross-functional teams including Product, Enterprise Sales, CRM, and Creative teams to deliver enterprise GTM initiatives. Own the planning and execution of enterprise product launches, activations, and large-scale campaigns. Serve as the strategic marketing counterpart to enterprise sales in winning and expanding key accounts. Optimization & Scale Identify and prioritize top 3–5 strategic initiatives that will accelerate enterprise adoption and revenue growth. Drive funnel optimization across acquisition, adoption, and usage stages. Build, grow, and mentor the enterprise marketing team to support long-term scalability. Customer Marketing Lead Campaign Execution and Coordination Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns aligned with defined objectives such as awareness, activation, engagement, and retention. Support campaign setup and rollout across multiple channels, including online, onsite, and HR-led touchpoints. Manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timely asset delivery and coordination with internal teams (Marketing Operations, Communications, Client Success, Product Owners). Track campaign performance and prepare reports to support optimization recommendations. Partner and Customer Engagement Support Support implementation of marketing activities for partner onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Develop and update marketing collaterals such as flyers, banners, posters, and standardized digital materials (FAQs, NEO kits, email guides, videos). Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to support engagement improvements. Assist team leads in maintaining consistent messaging and brand alignment. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Growth Marketing teams (Customer, Acquisition, Revenue, Engagement) to support shared initiatives. Contribute to cross-team projects that enhance partner and employee experience. Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans, assets, timelines, and reports. Insights and Continuous Improvement Consolidate campaign metrics, insights, and learnings for internal reporting and knowledge sharing. Identify opportunities for process improvements, asset reuse, and campaign standardization. Stay informed on marketing best practices and emerging trends relevant to B2B2C and partner-led marketing. Qualifications: Skills & Experience At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B2C environment. Experience in campaign execution, marketing coordination, or partner communications. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt tone and message to different audiences. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Familiarity with marketing tools for campaign tracking, project management, or reporting is an advantage. Why Join SAVii?
