In this remote-friendly role, you'll shape our marketing vision, lead a talented team, and amplify our message to B2B employers and B2C applicants worldwide. Core Responsibilities Advise executive leadership on marketing strategy and best practices Own end-to-end content strategy across all formats Lead social media strategy, analytics, and optimization Manage a remote marketing team of approximately 5 people Ensure brand consistency and content quality across B2C and B2B audiences Optimize content for search engines and answer engines Create and manage community messaging channels (WhatsApp groups) Required Experience & Skills Strong understanding of current content, SEO, answer engine, and social media landscape Proven ability to advise executive leadership on marketing best practices Experience managing remote teams Strong editorial judgment and communication skills Track record of developing and executing content and social strategies Analytics-driven with ability to monitor performance and optimize results
