🧥 Marketing Intern - Elara | US / India For 20 years, fashion has worked the same way. You open an app, you scroll, you get overwhelmed, you buy something you don't need, and you still have nothing to wear. We're changing that. Elara is an AI personal stylist that knows your wardrobe, understands your style, and dresses you in 30 seconds - from pieces you already own. And much more. We're going up against some of the biggest players in fashion and e-commerce. And we're just getting started. I'm looking for a marketing intern who wants to be part of that fight. This isn't a "schedule posts and write captions" role. I want someone who thinks about virality the way a product person thinks about retention. Someone who sees a trend forming before it peaks. Someone who can come up with an idea on Monday that we're executing by Wednesday and talking about by Friday. What you'll own: → Coming up with creative strategies for reach, virality, and trend creation - not just following trends, creating them → Building our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn from the ground up → Ideating and executing content that spreads - reels, campaigns, challenges, formats we haven't thought of yet → Identifying and reaching out to creators and influencers who align with what we're building → Being the person in the room who says "what if we did this instead" What I'm looking for: → Genuinely creative - not creative-on-a-brief, but ideas-at-2am creative → Deep understanding of how content actually travels on TikTok and Instagram → Someone who cares about fashion, culture, or consumer tech - ideally all three → Fast. Scrappy. Comfortable with ambiguity. → NYC-based preferred, open to remote for the right person The honest part: This role is currently unpaid. We are closing a funding round and when we do, if the fit is right, this becomes a full-time paid role. If you're based in India, I'm happy to figure out a pay structure that works. If you're in the US, I'd rather be honest - a small amount wouldn't do your time justice, so I won't pretend otherwise. What I can offer is real ownership and a front-row seat to building something from scratch. If you want a comfortable internship with a clear job description, this isn't it. If you want to take on one of the biggest industries in the world with a small team and zero fear - apply below or send your portfolio and socials to [email protected] - Mehul, Founder @ Elara joinelara.com
