Duration - 3-month rolling contract Location - Remote (Sydney preferred) Working hours Part-time - 20 hours/week (flexible hours) Role Overview We’re seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to execute high quality visual assets that support organic growth initiatives across our client's productivity portfolio, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Clipchamp. This is a marketing-focused graphic design role (not a product or UX design role). You’ll work within established brand systems to assemble, adapt, and enhance visual assets for landing pages, blogs, and content experiences that drive discoverability, engagement, and product adoption. Reporting to the Organic Growth Lead, you’ll partner closely with SEO writers, growth strategists, and engineers to deliver visuals that are clear, on-brand, and optimized for web performance. ________________________________________ • Produce visual assets for SEO-driven landing pages, blogs, and marketing content across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Clipchamp. • Assemble and adapt assets from existing brand libraries—selecting appropriate layouts, imagery, colors, and treatments. • Create lightweight animated GIFs and short visual demos (primarily via screen recordings) to showcase product workflows and features. • Collaborate with SEO writers and growth partners to ensure visuals reinforce copy, intent, and calls to action. • Expand and maintain a scalable asset library in Figma, enabling faster reuse and consistency across content. • Support page-level visual experimentation, including layout variations and visual hierarchy improvements to improve engagement. • Participate in structured review cycles via Figma comments and iterate efficiently based on feedback. • Use Figma (primary design and collaboration tool). • Adobe After Effects, Screen Studio or similar tools for product walkthrough animations. • Clear briefs provided via standardized templates. • One-week turnaround typical for asset batches. Candidate Requirements • 3–5+ years' experience in marketing graphic design, web visuals, or content-focused design roles. • Strong proficiency in Figma, including working within established design systems. • Experience creating visual assets for web content (landing pages, blogs, marketing pages). • Comfort producing simple animated GIFs or visual demos • Proven ability to work independently as a contractor, managing time and priorities with minimal oversight. • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills in remote, cross-functional teams. Preferred Background: • Experience working with large consumer or tech brands with well-defined brand systems (e.g., SaaS, productivity tools). • Prior experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth-focused teams. • Familiarity with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience building or maintaining shared asset libraries for distributed teams. The ideal candidate is a senior-leaning marketing graphic designer who: • Is confident designing within brand systems without heavy oversight. • Knows how to make web visuals look “right” the first time. • Is proactive, organized, and comfortable owning their output end-to-end. • Understands how visuals support SEO, content clarity, and conversion. • Brings a strong portfolio of web and content-focused design work.
