Marketing Executive (Content Creation) Details about this role Employment : Full-Time Location : Hong Kong (remote work possible for part of the week) Team : Working within the HK Sales & Marketing team What you will be responsible for As a Marketing Executive, you will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign success through impactful content, strategic digital marketing, and robust email marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in localising campaigns for the Hong Kong market and connecting with prospective students and families. Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content in both English and Chinese for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media. Produce marketing content assets such as ad copy, creatives, banners, and social visuals tailored for performance campaigns. Plan and execute TOFU (Top-of-Funnel) and BOFU (Bottom-of-Funnel) campaigns to nurture, engage, and convert leads throughout the customer journey. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to drive engagement and support lead nurturing and conversion. Manage organic and paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign setup, and performance optimisation. Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in local search results. Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to localise and adapt global campaigns for the Hong Kong audience. Monitor and analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement, preparing actionable reports and recommendations. Support the sales team by producing tailored content for prospective students and parents. Skills we are looking for Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management. Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.). Creative mindset and ability to produce engaging content aligned with brand goals. Fresh graduates with strong writing and creative skills are welcome to apply — training and mentorship will be provided.
