Preferably someone from LATAM. As a Marketing Executive at Dawn Media, you’ll be the engine behind our “90-Day Free Marketing” program. You’ll build and launch client GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, spin up direct-response ad campaigns, wire in email/SMS automations, and keep every system stable so clients see fast, visible results. Your day-to-day is about reducing Time to First Value (TTFV) so clients get their first lead within days—not weeks—and stick with us long-term. Responsibilities Provide expert, hands-on builds and fast launches of each client’s GoHighLevel account by applying snapshots, customizing funnels, connecting calendars/forms/domains/webchat, and pushing live with clean QA. Reduce Time to First Value by engineering the first leads or appointments within 7–10 days of assignment through rapid deployment of funnels, ads, and automations. Launch and manage Meta and/or Google Ads end-to-end by writing direct-response creatives, implementing pixels/UTMs, pacing budgets, and optimizing daily to CPL/CTR/lead quality targets. Implement high-converting email/SMS automations that move new leads to booked appointments, including confirmation, no-show, reactivation, and review-request sequences. Monitor system health across forms, automations, calendars, and integrations each day, investigate anomalies, fix root causes, and prevent recurrence with updated checklists and SOPs. Enable sticky platform features—such as webchat, reviews, payments/invoicing, WhatsApp/AI agents—to increase adoption, retention, and upgrade readiness. Track performance in dashboards and sheets, report on CPL, CTR, show rates, bookings, and conversion, and trigger rapid experiments when any metric drifts off target. Collaborate with Customer Success by sending weekly status notes, flagging risks early, coordinating blockers to launch, and responding to internal requests within agreed SLAs. Surface upsell opportunities by identifying clients who consistently hit results and actively use features, then packaging proof for a smooth Free → Paid upgrade. Manage a high-volume book of 40–60 active clients by prioritizing ruthlessly, keeping project boards clean, and closing the loop on every task before moving on. Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting and refining SOPs, templates, and reusable assets whenever you discover faster or more reliable ways to work. Operate with compliance and brand-safety in mind by following advertising policies and local regulations and avoiding gray-area tactics. Results You deliver first-lead TTFV within 7 days for the vast majority of assigned accounts and clearly report any exceptions with a concrete recovery plan. You complete core GHL builds in 2.5–5 hours on average from assignment to launch-ready, with domain, calendar, forms, and tracking fully verified. You launch initial ad campaigns within 48 hours of asset or creative approval and maintain optimizations that keep CPL at or below the niche target. You maintain 95–100% system uptime by proactively catching and resolving issues before they impact clients. You provide on-time weekly recaps that include metrics, highlights, risks, next actions, and single-owner accountability for each item. You activate three or more stickiness features within the first 60 days per account and help drive strong 90-day retention with healthy trial-to-paid conversion. You keep documentation and project boards audit-ready so any teammate can understand account status within minutes, and you prevent avoidable escalations by addressing root causes early. You follow existing SOPs and contribute at least one meaningful process improvement per month that reduces build time, error rate, or support load. Requirements Proven hands-on skill with GoHighLevel (GHL) builds, automations, calendars, forms, and domains Practical experience launching Meta and/or Google Ads for lead gen (copy, creatives, budget pacing, diagnostics) Strong grasp of tracking (pixels/UTMs), landing pages/funnels, deliverability basics, and QA checklists Fast operator with excellent organization; comfortable managing 40–60 concurrent accounts Clear written communication; reliable weekly reporting; follows SOPs and improves them Tools: ClickUp (project mgmt), Google Sheets/Docs, Slack; plus Canva/Web builders a plus Routine-driven, proactive, ownership mindset; thrives under deadlines 6mo+ in a similar marketing operator role (GHL/ads/automation) Location Remote, LATAM (preferred) Days/Hours 5 days a week / US hours (possibility of adding a 6th day if necessary) Compensation: This position is 100% commission. The breakdown per product is below. You are going to manage 50 clients at any time You will be compensated $50 per client: $50 x 50 = $2,500 As you get more experienced, more clients will be assigned to you. BONUS: $50 per client who upgrades after 3 months.
