Position Summary Rimon Law is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and manage our day-to-day marketing operations. This role will oversee brand, content, digital marketing, communications, events, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business goals. You will be a key thought partner to the VP of Marketing, driving execution across integrated campaigns that support attorney recruitment, client acquisition, brand visibility, and market growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Own and implement the firm’s organic and paid social media strategies. Develop and manage the content calendar, scheduling, performance reporting, and community engagement. Grow audience and engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Incorporate Practice Group and Attorney Highlights in collaboration with Practice Success, Recruiting, and Operations 2. Content Strategy & Execution Lead the content roadmap thought leadership, attorney bios, blog posts, video, case studies, etc. Align content creation to business development, practice area growth, and branding objectives (in conjunction with Practice Success). Partner with attorneys and leadership to transform insights into compelling content. 3. Brand Strategy & Management Ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across all channels and materials. Manage brand guidelines and oversee firmwide adherence across collateral, messaging, and design. Collaborate with practice groups and leadership to evolve and protect the Rimon brand. 4. Website Strategy & Management Manage website updates, enhancements, and user experience optimization. Partner with developers, designers, and SEO specialists to ensure performance and discoverability. Track analytics and continuously optimize for conversion, engagement, and attorney visibility. 5. Internal & External Communications Lead internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and employee branding. Develop firm-wide messaging for leadership, culture, attorney recognition, and firm news (in partnership with Managing Partner and Operations Team). Work with PR agency to craft PR strategy and external messaging for press releases, public announcements, and attorney media placement – in conjunction with Director of Practice Success. 6. Recruitment Marketing Partner with Recruiting to build campaigns, content, and collateral that attract top legal talent. Create marketing collateral and messaging for recruiting campaigns, attorney onboarding, and retention. Use digital channels to highlight the unique benefits of Rimon’s distributed model. 7. Event Marketing & Management Own strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person events: webinars, panels, sponsorships, roundtables, and client experiences. Manage event vendors, timelines, communications, promotion, and post-event follow-up. 8. Public Relations Work with external PR partners to secure media placements and manage press relationships. Lead award submissions, thought leadership opportunities, and industry visibility efforts. Prepare attorneys and leadership for interviews, press interactions, and public speaking engagements. 9. SEO & Paid Advertising Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings. Oversee paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Monitor ROI and performance of digital advertising programs. 10. Reporting, Analytics & Revenue Operations Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPIs to track performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness. Oversee lead capture and attribution strategy across channels and platforms. Manage marketing RevOps infrastructure, including CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Align closely with the sales, recruiting, and executive teams to ensure marketing contributes to revenue, growth, and hiring goals. Lead quarterly marketing reviews, share performance insights, and adjust strategies accordingly in conjunction with Practice Success Director 11. Other Responsibilities As Needed Qualifications Qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in legal, professional services, or B2B environments Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leadership, attorneys, and firm-wide stakeholders Hands-on experience with HubSpot Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent initiatives Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and event channels Skilled in analyzing performance data, building dashboards, and optimizing campaigns for measurable outcomes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Creative thinker with a bias toward execution and problem-solving
