About Salient
Salient is a performance optimization partner that helps organizations align decisions, accountability and outcomes to drive sustained improvement. For nearly four decades, Salient has partnered with organizations across retail, consumer goods, beverage, healthcare and government to move beyond static reporting and support better decision-making through a combination of human expertise and purpose-built technology.
Position Overview
Salient seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the commercial side of the business across consulting and technology offerings. This is a hands-on execution role for a marketing generalist who enjoys variety, organization and making marketing work happen behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, consulting, CPG, retail, grocery, convenience or commercial services. This person will support lead generation, ABM campaigns, email marketing, social media, event coordination, research, content execution and design needs.
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and requires someone who is comfortable receiving direction, asking clarifying questions, incorporating feedback and completing work accurately, on time and in the requested format. Because this is a remote role, consistent availability, responsiveness and collaboration during standard business hours are important.
AI tools may be used to support drafting, research and workflow efficiency, but all work must be reviewed, refined, fact-checked and aligned to Salient’s brand, audience and business context before submission.
