Job Description Level 1 Openings in EMEA Core Responsibilities Manage and execute campaigns in HubSpot, StructureWeb, ZiftONE ( Unifyr) email scheduling, workflows, and segmentation Own CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, lead status, duplicate cleanup, and contact management Build and update landing pages within HubSpot Troubleshoot email issues, rendering, and deliverability, and coordinate with platform support Support partner platforms, update campaigns, localization, portal content, user approvals Create and maintain QBR decks and reporting materials Handle tickets and platform-related requests across accounts Work directly with clients and the internal team to execute and unblock work Document processes and maintain structured execution standards. Must-Have Skills Strong HubSpot experience, admin-level comfort preferred Campaign execution, email marketing, workflows, and automation CRM management, data hygiene, lifecycle stage and lead status logic Landing page creation and updates Experience troubleshooting platform issues and working with support teams Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects Clear communication, able to work with clients directly Nice To Have Experience with partner marketing platforms or PRMs Basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page edits Experience with localization of campaigns Familiarity with Atlassian or ticketing systems B2B SaaS or partner marketing background Foreign Language: German as a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation.
