Marketing & Communications Lead Company: Bandwidth Global Location: Remote (Nigeria/Ghana) Salary: ₦700,000 per month Reports To: COO Role Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for positioning Bandwidth Global as the leading remote staffing partner connecting African talent to global companies. This role owns brand perception, inbound lead generation, thought leadership, and all communications across digital and external platforms. Success in this role will be measured by brand visibility, inbound qualified leads, engagement metrics, and content authority in the remote staffing ecosystem. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute a 12-month integrated marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals. Position Bandwidth Global as a trusted authority in remote hiring from Africa. Identify and prioritise high-value markets (US, UK, Canada, MENA, etc.). 2. Brand & Communications Own brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all platforms. Develop employer-facing and talent-facing communication strategies. Oversee PR opportunities, thought leadership placements, and partnerships. 3. Content & Digital Growth Lead content strategy across LinkedIn, website, email, and other digital channels. Oversee development of case studies, placement stories, blog articles, and reports. Optimise website and landing pages for conversion (SEO + CRO). Manage paid acquisition campaigns where necessary. 4. Demand Generation Build predictable inbound lead pipelines. Design and manage lead magnets (reports, webinars, hiring guides). Track MQL SQL conversion metrics. 5. Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor KPIs, including: Website traffic growth Conversion rates Cost per lead Engagement metrics Marketing-sourced revenue Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert effectively. Align campaigns with revenue targets and sales cycle realities. Required Experience & Competencies 3+ years in B2B marketing (staffing, HR tech, recruitment, SaaS preferred). Strong understanding of global hiring markets. Advanced digital marketing skills (SEO, LinkedIn marketing, email automation, paid media). Strong copywriting and brand storytelling ability. Experience building marketing systems from scratch. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
