Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional with strong project management and communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in a B2B or similar marketing environment. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will play a key role in a wide range of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on coordinating U.S.-based events and supporting partner marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing generalist looking to broaden their expertise across multiple areas of marketing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end logistics for U.S.-based events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.), including: Budget management Vendor coordination Promotional material planning Post-event analysis and reporting Ensuring timely lead follow-up Manage marketing inventory (e.g., swag and event materials), including recommending new items and overseeing procurement. Support marketing, sales enablement, and channel initiatives by sourcing and fulfilling promotional items, customer/partner gifts, and ad hoc requests. Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and other collateral. Draft engaging content for blogs and social media platforms. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitor activities. Track and report on key marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates), maintaining organized records of campaigns and initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows, including leveraging automation within the marketing tech stack. Document and standardize marketing processes and templates to enhance team efficiency. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment Proven experience in event coordination and project management , with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Google Analytics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience in the unified communications or information technology industry Familiarity with Google Ads Benefits Paid Leaves & Birthday Off: Take time when you need it, and convert unused leave into cash!
