Marketing Assistant 3 days per week | Remote | Midlands-based preferred Are you an organised, proactive Marketing Assistant with experience supporting campaigns, events, webinars, and marketing communications? We are recruiting for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support a busy marketing team within the UK healthcare sector. This is a remote role working 3 days per week, and the successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands to support occasional meetings, events, and stakeholder activity when required. The role As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, customer events, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider cross-functional teams to ensure activity is delivered professionally, on time, and in line with internal processes and relevant UK healthcare industry guidelines. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder communication, events logistics, CRM administration, reporting, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Key responsibilities You will support across a broad range of marketing and events activity, including: Assisting with the delivery of marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders Coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital content, event communications, and promotional assets Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, webinars, customer events, internal meetings, and sales-led events Managing event logistics including registrations, venues, travel, accommodation, catering, delegate communications, materials, and supplier coordination Maintaining event documentation, trackers, timelines, and internal systems such as Monday.com Supporting CRM processes, lead capture, lead sharing, and post-event reporting Tracking campaign and event performance, including engagement, ROI, and commercial impact Supporting website updates, email campaigns, social media activity, webinar communications, and digital reporting Assisting with competitor analysis, market research, presentations, and internal reports Helping ensure marketing materials and events comply with internal approval processes and relevant industry standards, including ABPI guidance where applicable Supporting budget tracking, purchase orders, supplier management, and general marketing administration About you We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You will need: A degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, events, communications, or administrative role Experience coordinating meetings, events, webinars, or marketing activities Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within structured or regulated environments A proactive, solutions-focused approach Good stakeholder management and team working skills Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sector would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of ABPI guidance, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or project management platforms such as Monday.com.
