The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, digital marketing analytics, CRM reporting, prospect research, and campaign optimization. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth and improve customer engagement across the Technology, SaaS, and IT Staffing industries. Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Reporting Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Track key metrics including lead generation, conversions, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership. Support marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness analysis. Lead Generation & CRM Management Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, workflows, automation, and reporting. Monitor lead lifecycle stages, conversion rates, and funnel performance. Support inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives. Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and reporting accuracy. Business Development & Prospect Research Research potential clients, target accounts, industries, and decision-makers. Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and other research tools. Conduct account research, stakeholder mapping, and competitive analysis. Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and business development initiatives. Analyze prospect engagement and identify opportunities for pipeline growth. Digital Marketing & Website Analytics Monitor digital marketing campaign performance across channels. Track website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and engagement metrics. Support SEO, content marketing, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives. Recommend optimization strategies to improve marketing effectiveness. Client Engagement & Sales Support Analyze customer engagement and retention metrics. Support client-facing presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Assist in identifying upsell, cross-sell, and partnership opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Development Support, or Client Engagement. 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. Strong experience with lead generation, campaign analysis, CRM reporting, and marketing automation. Experience researching target accounts, prospects, and decision-makers. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot Reporting, and marketing analytics tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT Staffing, Technology, SaaS, or Professional Services industries. Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. Understanding of B2B sales processes, demand generation, and pipeline management.
