Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Full-Time, PST Hours Salary: $1,500 USD/month (starting) We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Agency Assistant to support our fast-paced real estate marketing team. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and have a strong marketing background, this is your chance to work with a global team in the real estate industry. About the Role You’ll assist across our marketing workflows, supporting client campaigns, internal operations, and brand growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and creative teams to make sure deliverables, content, and client projects move smoothly and on schedule. What You’ll Do Manage and update projects through marketing CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, ClickUp, or similar) Handle ticketing systems: assigning tasks, tracking statuses, and ensuring deadlines are met Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and weekly reporting summaries Support social media workflows (content scheduling, light copywriting, asset organization, posting) Assist with campaign coordination and follow-ups across multiple real estate marketing tasks Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and client documentation Help with research, competitor analysis, and industry insights Provide general marketing support to leadership and creative teams What We’re Looking For Marketing background is required (agency or real estate experience is a plus) Strong understanding of marketing CRMs, project management tools, and ticketing systems Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) Strong attention to detail, fast learner, and organized Comfortable working fully remote and available during PST business hours Bonus: basic Canva, Figma, or design skills What We Offer $1,500 USD/month starting salary Fully remote role with a collaborative global team Growth opportunities as the agency expands Training, mentorship, and clear processes to help you succeed A role where your initiative and creativity are valued Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing (agency or real estate marketing preferred) Strong understanding of marketing CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, ClickUp, Monday, or similar) Experience using ticketing systems for task management and workflow tracking Ability to prepare professional presentations, pitch decks, and reports Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and basic content workflows Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple tools/software Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work full-time during PST hours Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Bonus: Basic Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or design experience Benefits Fully remote, with PTO
