Join Royal Wagenborg as a Maritime Officer for our European Coaster Fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels both in a Nautical and Technical position.

Key responsibilities
Oversee navigation and cargo operations
Maintain compliance with maritime regulations
Coordinate with the crew for smooth sailing
Conduct safety inspections and drills

Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW VII/2 or STCW II/2)
Valid STCW Training Certificates
Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural crew
Experience with general cargo trade
Experience with mixed Nationality crew
Demonstrated knowledge of cargo handling operations and safety procedures
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging maritime environments
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements
