You will transform vision into reality across a diverse ecosystem of businesses, developments, properties, and strategic initiatives while helping scale the enterprise from hundreds of millions toward billions in enterprise value. A core focus of the role will be leading luxury construction, land development, infrastructure, principal residences, hospitality assets, and special projects across North America and the Caribbean. You will own the operational engine of the group, ensuring every project, property, business unit, and leadership team performs at the highest level. This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder's role. You will thrive if you enjoy complexity, move quickly, create clarity from ambiguity, and are energized by taking responsibility for outcomes. You will operate as the founder's right hand, helping execute a long-term vision while reducing operational burden and increasing organizational capacity. You will design, hire, and lead high-performance teams across multiple businesses while creating systems that improve accountability, execution, profitability, and enterprise value. A significant portion of your time will be spent overseeing physical-world execution including luxury construction, hospitality development, estate operations, infrastructure, and resilience planning. This role is for a rare operator who can build both businesses and buildings while thriving in high-stakes, founder-led environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Construction, Development & Infrastructure (Primary Focus )Lead luxury residential, hospitality, estate, resort, and land development projects across North America and the Caribbean .Oversee projects from acquisition and entitlement through design, budgeting, construction, completion, and operation .Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and development partners .Establish systems that ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with founder standards .Drive ROI and capital efficiency across all major construction and infrastructure initiatives .Oversee principal residences, special properties, and strategic real estate projects .Support aviation, mobility, and other infrastructure-related initiatives as required .Family Office & Principal Operation sServe as a trusted operating partner to the founder and family .Lead complex projects and special initiatives on behalf of the founder .Coordinate across family office activities, businesses, and external partners .Create systems that improve visibility, accountability, execution, and decision-making .Maintain discretion, judgment, and professionalism in all interactions .Group Operations & Portfolio Leadershi pOwn group-wide operational performance across multiple businesses .Drive accountability, alignment, and execution across leadership teams .Build scalable operating systems and performance management frameworks .Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and growth projects .Partner with executives to improve profitability, performance, and enterprise value .Talent & Leadershi pRecruit and develop exceptional leadership talent .Build succession plans and leadership development systems .Create accountability frameworks and performance cultures .Upgrade organizational capability where required .Technology & A IDrive adoption of AI-first operating practices across the portfolio .Implement technology and automation solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making .Leverage modern systems to increase organizational leverage and reduce dependence on headcount .Risk, Resilience & Preparednes sDevelop systems that improve operational resilience across businesses and physical assets .Support risk management, crisis planning, and continuity initiatives .Coordinate with security, legal, insurance, and external partners as needed .Ensure critical assets, infrastructure, and operations remain protected and functional .WHAT YOU’LL BRIN G10+ years of executive leadership experience as COO, President, Managing Director, CEO, or similar leadership role .Significant experience operating alongside first-generation founders with a strong track record of trust and execution .Direct experience leading luxury construction, development, infrastructure, hospitality, or estate projects .Demonstrated success taking projects from raw land through completion .Strong understanding of capital allocation, budgeting, ROI, and financial management .Experience leading multi-entity organizations and executive teams .Proven ability to build systems, teams, and accountability structures .Strong technology fluency and comfort operating in AI-enabled environments .Experience with family office operations, principal support, or UHNW environments preferred .Military officer, special operations, aviation, engineering, logistics, or resilience leadership experience strongly preferred .Experience operating internationally and managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions is highly valuable .Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-accountability environments requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution .COMPENSATIO NAn aggressive executive compensation package will be provided, including a highly competitive base salary, performance bonus, and long-term value creation incentives .In this role you will be given the opportunity to lead significant projects with meaningful upside and will be rewarded generously for exceptional execution and results .Comprehensive medical benefits are provided as part of this role .
