Flexible Work Agreement Type Hybrid / Hybride Posting End Date 2026-06-19 Job Grade L2 Zone B Pay Range Commensurate with Experience / Selon l’expérience Job Summary The Manager, Technology Training Delivery is the key leadership contact responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of all Technology Training products and services. The role is critical in ensuring all Technology employees receive the training required for their role. The role ensures that all training is delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate policies, procedures and directives. The Manager serves as the primary link between the instructional teams, the department, and other stakeholders. The Manager, Technology Training Delivery will work closely with the Manager, Technology Training Planning and Design to ensure the smooth flow of the SAT (System Approach Training) process. Training Delivery Excellence: Oversee the delivery of technology training programs to ensure high-quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and consistent learner experience. Operational & Strategic Management: Set direction through clear strategies, goals, and performance metrics. Manage day-to-day operations, priorities, and resources to achieve business objectives and support organizational strategy. Talent & Performance Management: Drive employee development through regular performance discussions, training strategies, and career growth opportunities. Support performance management, including addressing complex employee relations matters when required. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (including regulatory bodies and union representatives) to align training delivery with business needs and compliance requirements. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Develop and implement strategies, metrics, and processes to enhance training performance, standardization, and technology-enabled learning solutions. Financial & Resource Management: Plan and manage budgets, workforce allocation, and resources effectively monitoring forecasts, controlling costs, and identifying efficiencies to meet current and future business needs. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training programs meet regulatory standards, corporate policies, and safety requirements, and support the implementation of improvements arising from safety findings. What you bring: Minimum qualification requires as bachelor’s degree in any related field Certifications in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences is an asset Experience working within the Canadian ANS Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industry with at least 5 years of related supervisory/management experience Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse and sometimes physically remote team Experience in the functional management of other leaders Experience managing resources and budgeting activities Project and program management experience which includes organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation Extensive knowledge of learning theory and the application of those theories within an operational or highly technical environment Understanding of training standards, processes, and technologies Proven leadership experience demonstrating the skills required to manage people, processes and information in an operational or technical environment Knowledge of business strategy, imperatives, and the leadership success profile Knowledge of ATSAMM, MATS, CARs, AIM, as well as ATM systems and equipment Knowledge of technical training Knowledge of training budgeting and forecast processes Knowledge of collective agreements How others describe you: Expert organisational skills and good judgement to match resource availability to demand Expert time management and judgement to prioritize multiple tasks of varying urgency Ability to motivate, influence and direct leaders and staff Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with a focus on active listening Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional stakeholder and customer service orientation Change leader, with the ability to influence/persuade/negotiate and demonstrate resilience Working Conditions: This position is a hybrid position with a minimum – 3 days per week on site.
