Manager, Provider Contracts Location: Remote Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus opportunity Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional company benefits About the Role We are seeking a Manager, Provider Contracts to manage the provider contracting process from commitment through due diligence, legal review, contract execution, and onboarding. This is a detail-driven Revenue Operations role supporting Sales, Legal, Finance, Underwriting, and Operations. The right candidate will have real contract exposure, strong judgment, and the ability to keep provider agreements moving without constant direction. Key Responsibilities Manage the provider contract pipeline from intake through execution Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and potential issues Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Underwriting, Operations, and leadership Track contract status, approvals, timelines, missing items, and next steps Identify gaps or bottlenecks before legal review Maintain pipeline visibility and support process improvements Ideal Background Strong candidates will have experience in: Provider contracting Healthcare contract administration Managed care contracting Healthcare legal operations Healthcare revenue cycle contract management Contract administration / lifecycle management Corporate or healthcare paralegal work Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Corporate contracts or legal operations backgrounds may be considered with strong contract review, process ownership, and stakeholder management experience. Requirements 5–8+ years in contract administration, legal operations, provider contracting, healthcare operations, or a related contract-heavy role Hands-on experience with contracts, legal documents, due diligence, documentation review, or contract lifecycle processes Strong attention to detail and ability to catch incomplete or inaccurate information Ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, CRM systems, or similar workflow tools Not a Fit For Pure project managers with limited contract exposure Administrative coordinators who primarily move paperwork Candidates who need heavy supervision Candidates without strong attention to detail Key Traits The right person will be independent, organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to create order from complexity. This role is best suited for someone who spots issues early and keeps cross-functional teams moving efficiently.
